Why Core Aeration & Seeding?
It's that time of year again! This fall, September/October, we will be scheduling properties to be aerated and overseeded. As always, this season will be busy. As a valued customer of ours, we give your property priority. Our regular aerating/overseeding services will include the following:

- Starter Fertilizer
- Irrigation Head Flagging
Core Aeration and Seeding is a vital step in maintaining a healthy, thick lawn. This reduces the amount of thatch in your lawn and opens a way for air, water, and fertilizer to reach the root zone of your grass.
This process not only promotes the current grass in your yard but also stimulates the healthy growth of new grass. Once the core aeration is completed the lawn will be overseeded with a premium grade fescue. This is the optimal time for seeding because during this time the seed to soil contact and the weather conditions are ideal for germination. Last, we apply a high-grade starter fertilizer to kickstart healthy growth of new grass.
